Sam Gray of Boulder is a graduate of the University of Colorado. He is using his education as a volunteer with the Peace Corps. He received a two-year assignment to an ecotourism project in the Dominican Republic. The project is called Kayak Limon, and is a community-based project started by local fisherman on Laguna Limon.
