What is EFT Tapping It involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on a particular issue or emotion. EFT Tapping utilizes a series of specific points on the body's energy meridian system. These points include the top of the head, eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin, collarbone, under the arm, and the karate chop point on the hand.
