  2. Like you and your family, Vamos Paella has been adapting to these challenging times as we all try to keep everyone healthy and safe. But we haven’t forgotten how to celebrate the moments that makes life worth living or the turning points in our lives that we want to remember for ever! While all gatherings during the pandemic contain some element of risk, there are ways to host a paella party safely. https://www.vamospaella.co.uk/

  3. We have simplified our approach into the follow steps: 1. Host a party outdoors It is much safer to have an outdoor party. If the weather looks like it won’t cooperate, you may want to consider postponing the party or renting tents. 2. The limited guest list and stick to it When deciding on the guest list, it highly recommended that you decide on the safe capacity of guests and stay within that number. Don’t forget to check the party size limit set by your state or locality. And you can also keep the timeline of the party shorter than ‘normal’. 3. Plan the layout for food stations & beverage stations Besides social distancing, the most important thing is to eliminate common touch points. Yes, we know, Paella is meant to be shared from the same pan! Still considering everyone’s safety, ‘sharing is not caring’. Avoid grazing boards and platters of passed hors d’oeuvres for a while. Before guests arrive, make sure all stations and areas have been clearly laid out and that there are several hand sanitizing stations and garbage cans available. https://www.vamospaella.co.uk/

  4. We have simplified our approach into the follow steps: 4. Bathroom protocols Ditch cloth towels in favour of disposable ones, and put out lots of soaps and sanitizers. Don’t be embarrassed. Put a small note on the bathroom door with the pandemic rules, and urge everyone to wipe down the doorknob on their way out. 5. Take a seat Let your guests know they have a designated space where they can sit or where they can put down their drinks and food. Table décor can still be fun. Be creative and add masks, hand sanitizers, and red, white, blue straws to your centrepiece. Have fun with your creation as it will lighten up paella party mood. Vamos paella party catering services can help you with your décor, staff hire and clean up, apart from preparing live our most delicious paella.
