One of the most common reasons for this is due to a lack of taste in the food served to a person. But this problem could be easily solved if people add some spices to their food. People can add some Indian masala spices to their cooking to enhance the taste of the food. By not completely eating the food served and leaving food on the plate not only reduces the nutrition, but also results in the wastage of food.
