Every child is unique and every child is an individual, with some special qualities. No two children are alike. All children have different strengths and weaknesses. Some are good in studies; some are good at sports or some other activities.
Some are highly anxious and others are more relaxed. Some children are good sleepers and others wake through the night for years. It is necessary for every child to be understood by his parents and teachers in his uniqueness and individuality must be respected. They are enhancing student’s strengths and helping them to overcome their weaknesses by giving them remedial classes.
The best way to make children learn the importance of hard work would be to let them draw an example from their parents and teachers. Children mostly learn by imitating the adults around them, most likely their parents and teachers, and when they see them putting the very best of their efforts to get a job done, they also start following the footsteps for achieving their goals in life.
They are helping children in identifying their strengths and they are also guiding them to enhance their strengths. Children need support from teachers and parents to develop the cognitive skills, values, attitudes and attributes which are needed for lifetime success. For enhancing cognitive qualities in students give them activity based learning .
When a child exhibits strong talents provide opportunities to develop them. Give them practical experiences. Activity based learning helps students to remember information. In activity based learning students involved physically and mentally. It helps students to learn and retain information.
They are providing activity based learning to their students. They are organizing many inter house and inter school competitions for students .When students compete they will become more inquisitive, research independently, and learn to work with others. They will strive to do more than is required. These abilities prepare children for future situations of all kinds. It helps students to identify their qualities and also it increases their confidence level.
