Test Case This document comprises step­by­step procedures for application testing, and it comprises all the requirements regarding the inputs and navigation steps. Test case documentation is used so that each tester can follow the same approach in order to organize the test document. Test Plan The test lead and managers prepare this document, and it comprises all the information regarding all the activities of testing. This document consists of components such as approach, test environments, role & responsibility, entry & exit criteria, Schedule tools, Assumption, risk, etc. Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) This document keeps track of the test case that has already been covered. This document is prepared before the execution of the test to verify whether any test case is missing. Test Strategy This document examines the type of test required for any product, and it is a high­level document that also comprises the particular technique followed while testing. The project manager approves this document. There are various components, such as formats, test processes, scope, communication strategy, etc. it is one of the documents which is not modified once it is prepared. Test Data This document comprises the test data that is generated before the execution. It is primarily used when the implementation of a test case takes place. Bug Report
