  3. HR Business She is having great exposure and experience to ideate the business concepts and executing it with the utmost perfection. In last one decade, she has successfully executed several senior searches for Indian & MNC companies. Her venture, Anil Associates Placement Pvt. Ltd. has partnered with the clients in industrial, consumer and real-estate, telecom, media industries along with many start-ups. Recently, her new venture People Infinia, an AI enabled marketplace for top-notch recruiters, has been awarded as one of the “20 Most Promising HR Tech Startup-2019”.

Social Work • She is also the Chairperson of Indraprastha All India Sports Foundation which is dedicated to promote talent in sports, acting, singing and script writing. • Passionate about social work, she has always been working towards the good of society. For last few months, she has been working on an incredible project, Creating Miracles with the people who are fanatically devoted to solving the problems faced by other incredibly common people so that they can lead happier and healthier lives. It is a platform by non-clinical psychologists specialized in different mental problems who have come together to make India stress free.
