  3. PLANNING, continued • Register for your second regional • Pay FIRST to ensure your spot • Allow two weeks between regionals (allows your ‘bot to get there) • Check both the school and secular calendar for holidays and religious days FIRST Training Resource

  4. SCHOOL PAPERWORK • Get school board approval • Get teacher’s , parents etc OK • Make sure kids bring homework • Follow school field trip policies FIRST Training Resource

  5. TRAVEL • Have a travel coordinator • Make airline and hotel reservations • COLLECT the money • Make and plan fun activities FIRST Training Resource

  6. Travel • “PAIR” up kids, don’t lose them! • Be on time for stuff, especially airplane travel and follow TSA rules • Deal with issues as they arise • HAVE FUN! Really FIRST Training Resource
