-Hydric soils on the land will be used to construct wetland at the southeast corner of the developed center. Wetland will be in size.

Geotextile material used with riprap allows water movement while preventing movement of soil particles.

Geotextile material under the roadbed reinforces soft soil and preserves the road embankment.
