Hire somebody fit for the position to make them want to stay. Work with people that look for a long term association with you. 2. Do they want to stay? You can’t make a person stay if they don’t want to. All measures are in vain if the employee in question does not want to say. There is not a bitter touch to the departure of uninterest. However, if uninterest is the reason for their attrition, then it’s time to let go.

  6. Conclusion: An employee is the biggest asset to the company, no doubt that. However, it is essential to let loose and stand right to acquire somebody’s loyalty and trust. It’s also important to understand that growth is perpetual. And people move on from one place to another. So unless the efforts are from both sides, it is not worth fighting the retention.
