Smart precautions and planning averts the Tennis injuries Some times of any year becomes all about Tennis - with the Australian Open, Wimbledon and other lead-up events grabbing our attention as the stars occupy our TV screens. The gruelling circumstances and the astounding amount of time spent by the players on court lead to unavoidable injuries. Tennis injuries are not only observed in the elite field, the sub-elite and recreational players are at the risk of injury owing to the elevated speed and racquet size, and the repetitious character of this sport.
