  3. HOW TO OBTAIN THE “TALENT PASS” GOLDEN VISA LICENSE STEP 1:  APPLY:  All you need is a passport copy, a current visa copy, a portfolio/degree/reference letters, and proof of experience. CV, the service list and fees. TECH ACTIVITIES: Relevant degree, employer letter, or training courses. We'll evaluate your application and reply. We'll finish licenses and visas once your application is authorized. STEP 2:  PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION: • Sign off your application • You lease a Smart Office in DAFZ as an option. • Make your payment
