  1. Business setup in Dubai mainland

  2. Choose your business activity: Before setting up a firm on the UAE mainland, choose your sector. DoE lists hundreds of allowed business activities (DED). Trade, agriculture, hospitality, and manufacturing are examples. • Find the perfect place: After deciding your company activity, choose a location. UAE mainland businesses have no location limitations. Budget and company activity will determine the best location.

  3. Legalize your company: Legally, foreign entrepreneurs can start up numerous sorts of firms on UAE soil. Most mainland businesses are Limited Liability Company (LLC).  • Find a local sponsor or agent: Foreign entrepreneurs formerly needed a sponsor or local agency to create a mainland firm in Dubai.

  4. Name company: Choosing a company name that reflects your brand and beliefs is a crucial business choice. In the UAE, consider these factors. Offensive language, religious allusions, and organization references are prohibited.  • Get a mainland business license: Apply for a DED mainland trading license. Trade license applications involve several papers. These include a license application, memorandum of sponsor agreements, and partner and shareholder visas.

  5. Secure your workspace: After getting a business license, find an office. Serviced offices in the UAE mainland are owned and maintained by a third party and have everything you need to move in immediately. Desks, phone, internet, and reception are common. • Obtain visas: UAE mainland company owners have no visa application restriction. Number of visas should match office space needed.  • Hire a startup consultant: Setting up a UAE mainland corporation involves legal and company formation knowledge. Working with a UAE-based consultant reduces stress for foreign entrepreneurs.
