  1. Five Product Photography Tips You Can Entice Your Buyers and Increase Your Sales. Richard Reinsdorf

  2. Introduction:- Today, anyone can take great product photos for their e-commerce website right from their phone. It costs almost nothing, but the payoff is big: more sales. The better the photo quality, the more confident people would feel about their shopping. Every time retailers needed product shots, they had to pay professionals hundreds of dollars. They find the best way to present the subject matter. It does not only apply to product photography. Richard Reinsdorf is a commercial and portrait photographer based in Los Angeles, California. He shares product photography tips you need to wow your shoppers and boost your sales.

  3. Five Product Photography Tips You Can Entice Your Buyers. 1. Choose The Right Camera Good product photos require a good camera. Nowadays, smartphones can make novices look like experienced product photographers. You don’t have to stress about technical settings like white balance or ISO. Smartphone product photos can be obtained with minimal editing and work well for most online stores. That doesn’t mean that digital cameras are out of the picture. With more features than smartphones, digital cameras give you more control over your product shots. Just be prepared to do your homework. You cannot take advantage of these cameras unless you know their intricacies.

  4. 2. Use a tripod No matter how attractive your camera is – if it’s not stable, you can end up with a blurry shot. The solution is a tripod: a three-legged stand that holds your camera in place while you shoot. It’s very important to use a tripod if you prefer a low ISO – a popular camera setting that minimizes graininess. 3. Learn about lighting Natural light is one of life’s great gifts. If the sun is out and you have a location with windows, you have all the light sources you need for photography. One downside is that you lack control: You have to shoot during daylight, and even if you do, you may have to contend with clouds or lighting that’s too harsh.

  5. 4. Use a plain backdrop There’s a reason most product photos have a white background: White reflects light onto the product, so details are clear. A white background is also easy to retouch in the editing process because it is a solid color. 5. Test multiple camera angles Taking pictures of your product from different angles ensures that you highlight all the features buyers can consider before making a purchase. The more ideas you can give them, the closer you get to replicating the buying experience in real life.
