  1. T H E S C I E N C E B E H I N D H O W M A N I F E S T A T I O N W O R K S January 28, 2022 When it comes to the power of manifesting, there are a lot of myths and misconceptions out there. People often think that in order to manifest their desires they need to have some sort of special talent or be blessed with luck. But this isn't true! The science behind how manifestation works is actually quite simple, and anyone can learn how to do it. In this post, we'll take a look at what manifestation is, the different methods you can use to achieve it, and some tips for getting started. So read on if you're ready to start making your dreams a reality! So what exactly is manifestation? Manifestation is the process of bringing your thoughts and desires into physical form. It's the act of making something happen by either thinking about it or wishing for it . It's the science behind getting what you want out of life. When being going through the manifestation process, most people tend to be skeptical at first. They often think that there's a trick involved and don't believe they can truly have their dreams fulfilled. But as time goes by, those same people start to see just how powerful the power of manifestation really is! The reason why so many people doubt this ability is because they simply don't understand how it works. In fact, I used to feel exactly the same way before I started learning how to do it myself.

  2. So let's take a look at the different methods you can use when manifesting your desires...Manifestation Methods There are numerous ways you can manifest your desires. I personally use three different methods to attract the things that I want into my life. Most of these methods involve using positive affirmations and visualizations, but there are others you can try as well... 1) The Visualization Method - this is one of the most well-known manifestation techniques used today. It involves applying daily visualizations in order to attract what you desire into your life . In fact, it's been shown that people who visualize their dreams on a regular basis have a higher success rate when it comes to making those visions come true! Now let me explain how this method works... In order to make your dreams a reality , all you need to do is imagine yourself actually living that dream. In your mind's eye, you need to picture what life would be like if all your dreams came true. The more detail you use when visualizing, the better it will work. So during these visualizations, try and imagine as many things as possible: What that thing looks like? Smells like? Feels like? And so on... If you're having trouble coming up with ideas for your visualization, check out my article about manifesting symbols here . 2) The Meditation Method - this is another popular manifestation technique used by many people. It involves practicing a type of meditation known as 'guided imagery' or guided visualization in order to attract what you want into your life . This basically involves using words and thoughts to guide yourself into a deep meditative state. Once you're in this trance-like state, you'll become very open to suggestion. Guided imagery meditation has proven to be very helpful for people who are trying to manifest their desires. They often report feeling more relaxed, peaceful and grounded after using it. And many individuals have found that the mediation process helps them achieve all sorts of things. This includes having better control over stress levels, getting rid of bad habits , seeing positive changes in their relationships , losing weight , fighting cancer cells , healing from injuries and much more! Guided visualization can also help you unlock your unlimited potential .

So if you're someone who wants to tap into the power of meditation and use it a tool for manifestation, then definitely check out my article about guided meditation here . 3) The Prayer Method - this form of manifestation is very similar to the visualization technique. It involves asking the Universe for what you want and then relaxing, imagining it happening , feeling grateful for it already being yours , etc... Now although there are many people who don't believe in the power of prayer, I personally find it to be an extremely useful manifestation tool. And I'm sure that if you give it a try, you'll probably feel the same way too. So let me quickly go over how to use prayer as a method of manifesting your desires: It's recommended that when using this method you recite prayers every single day . You can either do this before going to bed or first thing in the morning. You can also use meditation and/or visualization to accompany your prayers. As I mentioned earlier, there are three main ways that people generally use when it comes to manifesting their desires. I personally feel that each of these methods work quite well. But which one do you think is most effective? Well given that science has shown us that praying brings health benefits such as reduced stress levels , improved immune function and increased life expectancy ...I would definitely say that prayer has proven itself to be an extremely effective manifestation method! However here's the thing: We all have different belief systems . Some people believe in God, others don't. Some people believe that praying works , while others think it's a bunch of nonsense. So with this being said, I strongly feel that you should use the manifestation method that best aligns with your own personal beliefs . If you're skeptical about prayer but want to give it a try anyway, then simply tell yourself that your prayers are being heard and acknowledged . Or if you have trouble visualizing things, then just pray instead because as we know from recent scientific studies , this can be equally as effective as visualization! In summary, there is no 'best' way when it comes to manifesting... And it's up to each individual person which technique they prefer using. But having tried all three myself many times, I can honestly say that the best results always seem to happen when you combine all three methods together.

  4. And if you do choose to use this technique, then make sure you keep an open mind and always stay positive! The more faith and trust you have in yourself, your abilities and the process of manifestation...The greater your chances will be for achieving what you want! 4) Chanting - This is another extremely powerful manifestation method that many people are using these days. It involves chanting (either aloud or silently) an affirmation that corresponds to what it is you want in order for it to come into existence . For example some commonly used affirmations include: "I am healthy, happy and whole" , " business/career flourishes as I manifest success " , " money flows to me in abundant ways" , etc.. This method is very similar to the prayer method, but instead of using words that invoke a Divine being or power...Chanting an affirmation uses powerful meanings and messages within each word that help you tap into the energy of what it is you desire. 5) The Doorknob Technique - this is quite simple yet extremely effective! It involves asking the Universe for what it is you want (out loud or silently) while turning your doorknob. And as if by magic, when you do this something will happen on the outside which will correspond with whatever it was that you desired . For example say you wanted more money...While turning your door knob, imagine and feel money flowing to you and through you . Then watch as opportunities and unexpected financial windfalls start appearing in your life! 6) Writing Down Your Desires - This is another very powerful method that has been practiced by many people throughout history. And very similar to the Doorknob Technique, it involves writing down (either physically or mentally) whatever it is that you desire and then burning the paper afterwards. As if by magic, what was once written on those pieces of paper will now be brought into manifestation...So make sure to always word things positively otherwise your manifestations might end up working against you instead of for you! For example don't write " I do not want cancer" ...Instead say something like this: "My body is healthy and disease free". 7) Fasting - Of all the manifestation methods that I've personally ever tried...This is by far my favorite! And it's also one of the fastest ways to manifest an abundance of wealth, success and happiness into your life! All you have to do is give up something (alcohol, junk food, sex, etc...) for a certain period of time (1 day or more). Each time you abstain from something, imagine becoming free from the things that are not allowing your dreams to become reality . And as if by magic , you

  5. will start receiving abundant opportunities that align themselves with whatever it is that you desire. For example if you fasted for 3 days while visualizing yourself achieving financial freedom..The Universe might send a letter with a job offer or maybe even a large sum of money you didn't expect! 8) The Money Bag Technique - This is definitely not the most 'technically' advanced method on this list...But it is one of the simplest and so far, for me personally, has been extremely effective! And that's why I wanted to include it as part of this article. All you have to do is find an old bag (preferably made from either paper or leather), fill it up with all the things that represent lack in your life such as debt, bills, poverty consciousness, etc.. Then close it tight , attach a note saying "I now command abundance and prosperity into my life" , and leave it somewhere outside (like on your porch or sidewalk) to be found . Then imagine abundance and prosperity flowing into your life! 9) The Mirror Technique - As the name suggests, all you have to do is stand in front of a mirror each morning upon waking up and ask yourself what it is that you want. For example say something like "I am happy, healthy and wealthy" , or "My business/career expands effortlessly", etc.. The key here is to make sure you are feeling the emotions associated with creating these new realities within you. Because if not...Chances are whatever it was you were trying to manifest will not come into existence! 10) The Candle Technique - If there's one thing that I find really interesting about this technique is that it's actually one of my all time favorites! And what you do is simply place a candle in front of any mirror. Then imagine the things that you desire coming into your life (out loud or silently). You can either say them once or keep repeating them until you start feeling their reality within your heart . What is also very important here is to perceive these desired realities as already being achieved so no matter how challenging they might seem, let go of all doubt and see them as already accomplished. 11) The Tarot Card Technique - This is an extremely simple technique involving the use of cards...So make sure to get a deck which resonates with you before proceeding . Now pull out a card from deck while saying "this represents my desired reality that I am now creating within my life" , then place it somewhere visible where you will see it everyday until your reality manifests itself into physical form.

  6. 12) The Online-Manifestation Technique - This one is also very simple...Just make sure to write down or record what it is that you desire upon waking up every morning . Then look for ways on how you can achieve those desires. For example if you want to earn more money, watch TED videos about the secrets of prosperity...If you want love, start visiting online dating websites and socializing with people there etc.. The key here is to spend just 10 minutes per day searching for these things rather than spending countless hours watching TV shows or trying to figure out how to trick the system. 13) The Mirror-Talisman Technique - This is one of my personal favorite techniques that I have been using for years now . All you have to do is find an old mirror, clean it up and place it somewhere in your bedroom where you will see it everyday when you wake up . Then before going to sleep take a piece of paper, write your desired reality upon it , roll it up tightly while focusing on this reality, then leave it underneath your pillow or bed while visualizing yourself already living within the dreams that are written down upon this piece of paper. 14) Periodically Cleaning Your House - Another not very technical technique here but trust me..When combined with others , even the simplest methods can be extremely effective . Simply do a thorough cleaning of your house every 7 days and imagine that as you are moving your things around you are also removing any resistance within yourself that is stopping you from achieving whatever it is that you desire. 15) The Quartz Crystal Technique - This technique I first came across in an ancient text written by King Solomon centuries ago...The idea here is to find a quartz crystal, hold it with both your hands and state what it is that you desire within this reality . Then place the crystal someplace where it can see what's happening in your life such as on top of the TV or some other device through which you spend most of your time...And if you want results quicker then simply place another one on top of your head while meditating. 16) The Punishment Technique - This is somewhat similar to the previous but slightly more advanced technique that requires some self discipline . In short all you have to do is imagine as though whatever it is that you desire has already been achieved and visualize yourself living within those desired realities while shunning away from those things which don't serve your highest good .

  7. For example if you want to find love within this reality, start changing your appearance by getting rid of tattoos or piercings because honestly who wants a partner with tattoos or piercings ?! If you want money then stop hanging out with broke people ...I could go on but just remember "self-discipline" ! 17) The Vortex Technique - Another extremely simple yet very effective technique here...All you have to do is imagine that you are located at the center of a spiral vortex and visualize yourself traveling deeper within this vortex while inhaling positive feelings such as happiness, peace etc. and exhaling any negative emotions that are holding you back in any way . Now just spend 5-10 minutes per day using this technique in order to feel lighter about your reality. 18) The Ring Technique - Simply purchase a ring which symbolizes whatever it is that you desire most , then hold it with both hands, stare into it for 10 seconds, then close your eyes and visualize yourself already having that which you want . This should be repeated everyday until results come about. 19) The Vibration Technique - In short all you have to do is imagine that there are different frequencies of reality all around you and consciously focus on the desired frequency which you want to experience...For example, if your vibration is low for whatever reason then simply imagine other more positive realities within existence where your vibration might be higher. 20) The Vice Versa Technique - Simply keep picturing yourself already having everything that it is that you desire while affirming what you want within this physical reality . For example every time I see a good looking person walk down the street , I imagine myself being in their place with an equally attractive partner..And after seeing anyone who has something that I desire such as an expensive watch or fancy car , then I immediately visualize myself owning one like theirs. 21) The Resistance Removal Technique - This is one of the most simple yet effective techniques that I have found here , simply think of whatever it is that you want, then imagine there being a big gold ball in your throat stopping you from saying what it is that you desire. Now just relax and let go of this ball by imagining it traveling down your esophagus into your stomach . After which immediately say what it is that you wanted to say within this physical reality. 22) The Rewind Technique - Although not everyone has the ability to rewind their day when they realize they made a mistake...It certainly helps if you can at least try to do so. In short all you have to do is make a mental note or journal entry of any change which you've made to your current reality , then what you want to do is simply imagine this change being undone while thinking of any other changes that would have occurred if it did go ahead . So

  8. for example I might have missed a deadline for work so I think about the new situation which would have occurred if I had managed to get it done on time. 23) The Memory Replacement Technique - This technique here comes in useful when an individual starts reminiscing over past memories...Now there are basically two ways you can use this memory replacement technique, the first way requires you to create a notch in an object such as your phone or watch (a notch in my phone represents me losing something/misplacing something). Then every time you're reminded of something you lost/misplaced then simply take a look at this notch in the object and imagine that memory being attached to it instead. 24) The Reality Replacement Technique - Another extremely powerful way of manifesting your desires within any given reality is by visualizing what you want as already existing within your life but placing it in a different area where you are not currently focused/aware on . For example if I own an Apple product, then I would visualize myself being able to place this product in plain sight where I can see it (e.g. my desktop or bedside table). As for money, I might keep some cash somewhere like my wallet pockets or even under my pillow when I sleep...and so forth. 25) The Deserved Celebration Technique - This final tip comes in handy when you want to celebrate your manifestation and enjoy the process of achieving what it is that you desire. In short all you have to do is visualize yourself having already achieved your desire and simply enjoy the celebration of this reality manifesting itself...For example I would visualize myself rock climbing, traveling or visiting an amusement park after my desires come about which would then motivate me into further action.
