Our RPL philosophy is that you shouldn’t have to spend time relearning skills in which you are already capable of. Therefore, we offer all learners the opportunity to access recognition. There are three steps for having your experience and expertise recognised to help you attain your qualification to enable you to apply for a real estate licence. The RPL process is made up of three stages, as detailed below: Stage 1: Self Assessment Stage 2:Competency Conversation with REINSW Stage 3: Payment of Recognition fee and Issue of Statement of Attainment or Qualification. If you cannot meet all the requirements of the qualification by recognition, you can undertake additional training from REINSW complete the qualification.
