The person requires to apply for spices board renewal 1 month before the expiry of the day.

  3. 2) Documents Required for Spices Board Registration The following documents needed for Spices board registration. a) Authorized person’s passport size photo. b) Proprietor/All directors/All partners Aadhaar Card. c) Proprietor/All directors/All partners Pan Card. d) Company's IE Code Certificate. e) Company's GST Certificate. f) Company pan card, incorporation certificate, MOA, AOA/Partnership or LLP deed (other than proprietorship firm) g) Confidential Bank Certificate duly signed and sealed by the authority. h) Company located latest rental agreement or sale deed or lease deed or eb bill or telephone landline bill or property tax receipt. i) MSME certificate in which, the name of spice should be mentioned (manufacturer only). j) Valid FSSAI/Pollution Control Board certificate (Address of processing unit should be mentioned in the FSSAI/certificate issued by Pollution Control Board) (manufacturer only).

  4. 3) Functions of Spices Board Council a) It provides the financial assistance of development of export industries relating to the scheduled products. b) It supervises the standards and specifications for the spices related scheduled products. c) Carrying out inspection of spices, spices related products and storage premises for ensuring the quality of such products. d) Improving the package, development and marketing of the scheduled products outside India. e) Conduct the proper training program to the exporters and also organize the B2B meeting for the buyers and sellers.
