  1. APPLY FOR THE PROPERTY AGENT COURSE SINGAPORE Real estate salesperson (RES) certification from the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) or other credentials is required as one of the registration requirements for real estate agents (or independent contractors). You will receive a detailed understanding of industry ideas and agency practice guidelines in the RES course. Knowing good property agent course Singapore as well as the real estate agent course Singapore is very crucial. This criterion supports CEA's mission to uphold an industry standard requiring professionals to be professionally qualified and maintain high ethical standards.

  2. Can I enroll in the RES Course? One of the regulatory requirements for salespeople is that recruits must fulfil the educational qualification of at least 4 GCE "O" Level passes in 2 sittings, Higher NITEC, a diploma from a local government polytechnic, a degree and above from a local government university, or its equivalent. To determine whether the educational qualification criteria are reached, applicants with additional qualifications (such as diplomas from abroad or private degrees, etc.) must have those credentials evaluated by CEA. They must personally submit the CEA Request Form, the original certificates, complete transcripts, and official translation (if the qualification is not in English). Instead of four GCE "O" level passes, applicants who have achieved Level 5 or above on the Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) assessment in these five components (Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing, and Numeracy) will be accepted. The "Certificate of Completion for RES Course" must be obtained after passing the RES course with a minimum 75% attendance record.
