Competitive Analysis for Healthcare IT Company

Software Technology Company in Health Information System was losing market share to a number of smaller competitors. Company wanted us to identify the reason behind and gave names of three Competitors to identify their Operations Setup. TBRC conducted research on each Competitor through interview with senior employees and customer hospitals, monitoring comments on consumer discussion forums and professional networking sites and Delivery of a comprehensive report on the competitor and the threat it posed to the client. Outcome of the research helped client to work on its weak areas and have edge over competitor.
