  1. SCREWEXPERT WHAT IS THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF SELF-DRILLING SCREWS

  2. Heading Process As the wire is used in this process of self drilling screws which is straightened. After this, the wire is fed into the heading machine, where it is cut to the length, moved to a die, and performed.

  3. To handle the shear stress and tensile on the bolted joints then the heat treatment of screws is required.

  4. Heat treatment of these self-drilling screws is employed to dissolve the coarse chromium carbide particles.
