Marshall, Esq. litigated criminal indictable cases including drug offenses, theft, sexual assault, armed robberies, and possession of deadly weapons. • She assigned assistant public defender to represent clients at arraignment and bail hearings.

She Has Been Working as Chief Municipal Public Defender for 2 Years • Rachel assigns cases and distribution of workload. • Adding more to her responsibilities, she reviews and adopts policies and procedures that are consistent with the Administrative Office of the Courts and State of New Jersey Public Defender’s office. • She works to resolve court scheduling issues and conflict assignments.
