Qutb Shahi Tomb The Qutb Shahi Tomb, situated within the sprawling 106-acre Qutb Shahi Heritage Park, represent a majestic necropolis of over 100 monuments built during the 169-year reign of the Qutb Shahi dynasty. Each mausoleum rests on a raised platform, rises through lofty domes and pointed arches, and is set amidst landscaped gardens and historic step-wells that once irrigated the site. The conservation initiative led by the Aga Khan Trust for Culture employs traditional crafts and ecological restoration to breathe new life into this heritage landmark while preserving its architectural grandeur and cultural significance.
