Car air conditioning service system

The modern Ac system does not cool the air of the car cabin. It only breezes out the hot air. The car air conditioningservice manipulates the state of refrigerant between liquid and gas. It is done by changing the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant. When it loses its temperature, it absorbs the heat and moisture from the hot air inside the car. Hence only the cool and dry air is left in the car cabin. The system leaves the heat outside of the car and hence the process continues.

  1. A brief history of modern car air conditioning service system in automobiles It’s a day of summer in the month of June. You and your friends are on a road trip to Jhansi on one of the hottest days of the year. You all are wandering around the state roads. As the sun is at its maximum, you are feeling uncomfortable. You can’t go outside as the hot rays of the sun are scratching the skin. But the inside of the car is also getting uneasy for you. Now it’s far more than your capacity. You switched on the AC. As soon as the AC started, the atmosphere of the car started changing. After a few minutes of AC on, you are now feeling relaxed. You look outside and thank God and the engineers who found the air conditioner. Now you start to think about the person who first installed an air conditioner in a car. Who was that person? How did he think about the idea of installing an AC in the car? You start searching on Google and land on our blog. Here you get a brief history of modern air conditioning. The first breed of automobile car in the world: The very first automobile vehicle of the world came into the world in 1886. This car was nothing like modern cars. It did not even have a roof, windshield, or doors. Until 1903, none of the cars had a rooftop. In the year 1919, the Kool Kooshion seat cover was introduced as a cooler in the car. It had many springs inside that used to keep the passenger a half inches above the seat. This design is used to allow the sweat to evaporate from the back and behind. In 1921, an inside electric fan came into existence. It was the first step towards an automatic cooling system. The fan did not actually cool the

  2. air. It used to clear the breeze and help evaporate the sweat. Thus a person inside the car used to feel comfortable on hot days. The first air cooler system in cars: The year 1930 was a milestone in the history of car air cooling systems. The first car cooler system came in the year 1930. This was the first invention that was used to cool the temperature inside the car. Until 1930, all cars had rooftops and windshields. The car cooler used the evaporation of water to cool air. Then the system is used to blow the cooler air inside the passenger cabin through the window. This was the first giant step towards our modern air conditioning car system. The first air condition system in a car: Nine years later in 1939, the ‘Packard’ started to manufacture air conditioning for a car as an option. Unlike the modern air conditioners, it was located outside of the car, on the rear trunk. It was an optional feature that a person needed to set up. It used to demand manual installation of AC. The cost of installing these air conditioners in a car was about $275. Then it was about one-fourth of the average yearly income of a family. The cost was too high to continue with. Hence, manufacturers soon dropped the idea. 14 years later, in 1953 the manufacturer again started offering the air conditioning system in a car. World War 2 became history then and people were living a better life. It was a good time to reintroduce the air conditioning system in a car. Manufacturers started this and they offered the same rear trunk AC from the 1939 Packard. In the year 1954, Pontiac and Nash came up with a brand new design of air conditioners. They installed the air conditioner in front of the cars, giving a standard to the modern car air conditioning service system.

  3. The year 1964 was again a major time in the car air conditioning service history. It was the year of improving this technology. The car manufacturer Cadillac brought the comfort control system. In this system, the driver had control over the inside temperature of the car. The start of standard car air conditioning service: In the year 1968, it all started. The legendary car company ambassador made it become the first-ever car to have an AC system as a standard feature. Till now the major car companies used to give this as an option. Even Cadillac who brought the comfort control offered it as an option. This minor step changed the whole industry. In the following year only, half of the new cars had permanent AC system. Establishment of modern car air conditioning service: The year 1987 was a critical year. It was an upside-down turn for the car manufacturers. Scientists warned against the demolition of the ozone layer due to the car AC system. The whole world understood the danger behind it. 25 countries signed the papers for removing the R-12 refrigerator system. Surely the environment of the world was far more important than our personal comfort. The removal of R-12 brought new technology to the market. The new updated R-134a refrigerator took the place of the R-12 refrigerator by 1994. Today the new R-134yf technology has started to replace R-134a. It was found that R-134a has a major harmful effect on world health. Currently, we are using the R-134yf car air conditioning service in our vehicles. As technology is upgrading, it will also be history soon.

  4. How does modern car air conditioning service work? An air conditioning system is now very common. It was not yesterday when engineers invented all of these. It is the result of years of hard work. Let me share with you how a modern Ac system works. The modern Ac system does not cool the air of the car cabin. It only breezes out the hot air. The car air conditioning service manipulates the state of refrigerant between liquid and gas. It is done by changing the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant. When it loses its temperature, it absorbs the heat and moisture from the hot air inside the car. Hence only the cool and dry air is left in the car cabin. The system leaves the heat outside of the car and hence the process continues.
