  1. Know More About Natural Hair Restoration techniques from Hair Experts Hair loss is a fact of life, but for many people, severe hair loss can cause serious problems. It can make you feel embarrassed and affect morale, particularly in social settings. There can be several reasons behind severe hair loss – genetics is one of them. Hair loss can also be caused by lack of proper care and various external factors that include pollution, unhealthy diet, stress, and poor lifestyle habits. Several forms of hair loss can be treated clinically and in many cases, it can also be treated with natural and home remedies. A few of the methods that can prevent and reverse the effects of hair loss are listed here. However, it is always recommended that you visit a specialist for a proper diagnosis, especially is the condition is exacerbated. •Cut Back on Meat: Hair loss is often a result of hormonal imbalance. Some researchers have also linked it to excessive sebum production that results in high alpha-5 reductase. This is attributed to consumption of animal fat. Thus, it is advisable to reduce the amount of red meat in one’s diet to avoid such a condition. •Saw Palmetto: The extract of the Saw Palmetto (Serenoa Repens) herb is believed to have an effect on the growth of healthy hair in men. It is a widely used herb by herbalists in treating hair loss. Incorrect dosage may have unintended side effects, so it is recommended that one should always consult a professional before using this herb. • Essential Fatty Acids: Healthy and essential acids that are found in Fish oil, avocado, walnuts, and flaxseeds are important for thick and healthy hair. It gives a natural lustrous shine to the hair. •Keratin Increase with MSM: Keratin is a form of protein that is found in hair and skin. MSM (Methyl-Sulphonyl-Methane) is an agent that helps in boosting keratin. Results exhibit reduced hair loss and healthy hair growth in just six weeks. • Address Thyroid Issues: Hypothyroidism is a major cause of hair thinning. Sea vegetables like kelp, nori, dulse, kombu, and wakame are iodine rich and helpful in such a condition. One should avoid drinking the water that contains chlorine and fluorine. These two chemicals are a part of the same chemical family called halogens, but more reactive than iodine. They restrict the absorption iodine in the body. To avoid such a scenario, one should avoid drinking tap water. Supplementing 1ml of herbal bladderwrack is helpful in this condition too. •Vitamins B-complex and C: Vitamin B-complex contains biotin and vitamin B6 that are responsible for the rejuvenation of hair follicles. Another important part of the structure of our hair is collagen. It is the agent that surrounds and grips the hair. But with age, the collagen starts weakening. It causes hair to be more vulnerable to break. The only way to reconstruct collagen is to take vitamin C. It is commonly found in citrus fruits, strawberries, and red peppers. Vitamin C is also beneficial for reducing wrinkles. Vitamin C supplements are a win-win for both these reasons.

  2. •Vitamin E: Vitamin E is responsible for the nourishment of hair. It is extremely effective at rejuvenating hair that is already breaking and damaged. It boosts the production of keratin which in turn has positive effects on one’s hair. •Scalp Massage with Rosemary Oil: Rosemary oil has been used for ages to massage the scalp, increasing the blood circulation that supplies the hair roots and follicles. Regular use of rosemary oil with your hands will lead to strong, lustrous, and thick hair.
