Online listings sites The big online sites take information from thousands of other agents, which makes them a handy one-stop-shop for seeing everything that’s available in your price range. However, they are just viewing platforms essentially and you will still have to go through the main agent when making a purchase. Useful for comparisons, however. Investment sites One of the best places for investors is to check out dedicated local investment sites. These are places where motivated sellers can come to list their properties for a quick sale. There will be a list of interested investors who can view any property that becomes available, with mechanisms in place to help them buy quickly.
