  2. Buying a vibro sifter machine is not enough. An organization must take care of the maintenance process that goes with the time. Every machine requires maintenance and to maintain smooth operation of the machine, the machine should undergo periodic maintenance process. However, there are some best practices that should be followed to ensure smooth operation of the vibro sifters. To ensure smooth operation, first, it has to be ensured whether the vibratory screens are properly set or not. Proper installation of vibro screen machine reduces the maintenance costs. The machine should be fixed and installed on a solid floor and foundation. By doing so, any secondary vibration of the entire machine structure can be avoided. The only problem from intense vibration is that if the machine faces such vibrations, then the machine parts can become lose and lead to breaking or improper functioning. Mesh frames and gaskets that are present in the vibro sifter machine can break very easily and thus should be handled with caution. Cleaning the gaskets with non-abrasive solvent is a must. Non-abrasive solvent doesn’t harm the material. Mesh frames must be cleaned thoroughly, but the tension in the screen should not get lost. If the tension is lost, then the sieving efficiency will get reduced. Also, the gaskets should be kept out of the direct sunlight.

  3. It is essential to check the fabric of the mesh periodically from time to time. If the mesh fabric tension is not optimal, then it is better to re mesh or replace the mesh with new supplies. Product leakage can happen if there is too much wear and tear. Connectors should be monitored on frequent basis. If the connectors do not flex freely, then there are chances of leakages. Also it is advised that the operators check the manual before they start the machine operation.
