  2. Coating Pan machine is widely used in Food, Pharmaceutical and confectionary industries. It is used for coating tablets and pills. The drive assembly consists of motor, gear box and pulley arrangement. Hot air blower present in the system assists in the mixing process. The hot air is also used for drying the mixture. Coating pans are recommended, especially for the pharmaceutical industries where coating of tablets is necessary. Coating increases the stability of the tablets and prevents oxidative reaction of tablets with air or light. It is used in pharma industries where aqueous or organic film is coated on the tablets. The coating prevents the tablets from physical or chemical harm and also enhance the taste in some cases. The round shaped metal pan is one of the most important parts of the Coating pan. There is a standard covering dish that turns the metal skillet plane to the pivot. The movement of the skillet tumbles the cluster of tablets. The pan framework has inlet for air to come in. The hot air blown into the inlet is used to dry the coverings of the tablet. During the process, the fumes of air will get of the framework through the front segment of the standard covering the container.
