  3. Fix HP Deskjet Printer Showing Offline When the printer is unable to communicate with the device sending the printing job, it appears offline. Some of the possible reasons are outdated drivers, Connection issues, or a settings error. To identify and solve the errors you can use the HP Print and Scan Doctor application.

  4. Fix HP Deskjet Printer Showing Offline • Open the application “HPPSdr.exe” and allow it to run. You have to be in administrator mode to do this. • Next, to move forward choose the "Yes" option to trust the file source. • Click Start and choose your printer model like if your HP Envy 5532 Printer is Offline, Choose HP Envy 5532.
