  1. Lymphedema in Physiotherapy:- Physiological disorders – Lymphedema is a condition that is recognized by swelling caused by a badly affected lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is an indispensable part of the human body and is known for returning interstitial fluid to the bloodstream. Lymphedema mostly occurs due to cancer complications, however, at times can also be caused due to genetic disorders. How does physiotherapy help? When it comes to disorders like Lymphedema, physiotherapy is extremely useful. Physioreviveexplain the exercises mentioned in the discipline of physiotherapy are very effective in decreasing the swelling in the arms and legs. Sports Injury:- Injuries that occur as a result of participating in sports are called Sports Injuries. The types of sports injury varies from a sprain, or strain to tennis elbow, etc. The occurrence of sports injury varies from one sport to another, the intensity of your being involved in that sport. Sports Injuries are also known as athletic injuries.

It can also occur from degenerative disc, pinched nerve, or just due to muscles and the tendons that we called muscle pain. In some other cases, neck and back pain can also be caused because of poor posture and stress. How physiotherapy helps in Physiological disorders:- Nothing better can help you get rid of neck and back pain than physical exercises. Some of the most effective ones are chin tuck and isometric exercises. Chin tuck helps in relaxing your front and back neck muscles. Isometric exercises on the other hand help in activating the muscles without actually moving your body. Vertigo:- Vertigo is actually experiencing the feeling of the world going around you, even when everything is still. The catch here is that the human balance system works with our skeletal and visual systems. These two together maintain the orientation of the balance. When visual signals from the human body are sent to the brain, they are sent with respect to the surroundings.
