  1. Phoenix Citadel - Indore’s beautifully designed Italian-themed mall This December, a 1.0 million sq. ft. one-stop destination was thrown open to the discerning palate of Madhya Pradesh. Built on an Italian theme, Phoenix Citadel is inspired by an Italian piazza. With splashing fountains and modernist sculpture, the mall takes shoppers a trip down the busy shopping lanes of Europe. When you think of fashion, style and innovative designing, the first place that comes to our mind is Italy, the mecca for trend-setting status. The country, famous for its awe-inspiring art, fascinating history and heavenly cuisine, has centuries ago been the pioneer in creating malls. Strategically located in the heart of Indore, Phoenix Citadel, is designed to be one of the most premium and largest shopping malls in Madhya Pradesh. Spread over 1.0 million sq. ft., the mall is a perfect blend of European culture from design to art and innovative architecture. It is indeed a testament to the rich culture of the continent. Planned and designed by the internationally renowned architect Rajinder Kumar & Associates, its master planners and interiors experts, the majestic shopping destination in central India aims to take shoppers to a trip down the European lanes. A Charming, Italian Style Ambience The entire Phoenix Citadel has been designed in European aesthetics with 500 chandeliers across the mall. Ten indoor fountains adorn the mall with stunning panoramic views near the west entrance and one water fountain at Sienna Piazza. San Marco Square, the Italian themed garden, has 2 musical water fountains and one centre fountain. With persuasive art, and with chic and trendy interiors, Phoenix Citadel is an epithet of luxury with a strong architectural design. The impressive classical façade, architecture and landscaping are breath-taking. A grand arrival experience with an extensive and impressive entrance showcases the themes of Tuscany. Along the Streets of Italy The Mall’s design is built in a sleek, modern style – with the overall effect and architecture that frames the beauty of the local surroundings. In true Roman style, the retail destination takes on a journey encircling three unique and distinctly themed retail streets of Via Venice, Via Tuscany and Via Bologna areas of Italy. Every street exhibits unique and attractive design elements. The colours, floor patterns, railings and furniture are reflective of famous buildings, monuments, squares and boulevards of the three respective cities. Shoppers tread through
