  1. You Can Now Dimmer Your Hue Lights With A Dimmer Switch Like most people, you probably have a few light sources in your home that you use daily. Whether it is for reading, watching TV, or general ambient lighting, chances are good that you have at least a couple of light sources that you use regularly.  But what if anyone told you there was a way to upgrade your light bulbs so they could be controlled with a dimmer switch? That's right - with Hue's new line of dimmable LED light bulbs, you can now use a standard dimmer switch to control the brightness of your lights! How to install your new dimmer switch Remove the old switch from the wall to install your new Hue switch. Next, use the included screws to mount the new switch in its place. Once the switch is mounted, connect the wires to the terminals on the back of the switch. Finally, screw the cover plate back on and restore power to the circuit.
