  3. Services for Pregnant Individuals Obstetric Ultrasounds Free Pregnancy Testing Laboratory-quality pregnancy tests with immediate results in a private, confidential setting. Our trained staff provides emotional support and discusses your options without judgment. Limited ultrasound services to confirm pregnancy, detect fetal heartbeat, and determine gestational age. All ultrasounds performed by licensed medical professionals. Prenatal Education Comprehensive prenatalclasses covering fetal development, nutrition, childbirth preparation, and early parenting skills. One- on-one coaching and group sessions available.
