SMDWG Charter Space and Missile Defense Working Group (SMDWG) Charter Background The SMDWG is formed to respond to our civic responsibility to assist in the decision making process on issues pertaining to space and ballistic missile defense. Scope The Scope of the SMDWG is to Educate the general population and elected representation on space and ballistic missile defense. Membership Membership is open to all individuals in government, industry, and the community. SMDWG members must belong to the NDIA or an affiliate.

HANDL Background: • The Huntsville Aerospace Marketing Association • AEROSPACE INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES • Report was last published in 2011. • It was 39 PDF pages long in its February 2011 printing and was a very useful tool in making first contact, finding colleagues, or discovering new opportunities within the HSV domain. • The SMDWG considers this to be a valuable tool for its members and helpful to the Aerospace and Defense community. • To date, the old list and the current SMDWG membership roster has been merged into a single Excel spreadsheet entitled “Huntsville Aerospace and Defense List” (HANDL) • An initial reformat has been developed. • We are asking your help   • Answer a few questions and forward your answers to Hugh Stanley (List Manager)
