    14. Decide who within your organization you want to participate in MYT. Determine what business outcome measure is most useful to establish success of the project. Establish and implement a communication plan between MYT and your organization. Decide on the location of the workshop (on-site or local hotel) Establish a telephone conference call account to be used for the ongoing coaching calls. Send out the initial communication to participants Send out the baseline assessments to participants When the last coaching session is completed, we will email participants the follow up quality of life measures.
