  • Avoid heavy cheese and creamy sauces.
  • Broiled is usually better than fried, crispy, or breaded.
  • “Steamed”, “grilled”, stir fried”, or “basted” is a good choice.
  • Look for a medley of vegetables or fruit in the description. Order as sides – hold the butter!
