  3. The self development may take place in an individual through the private competence or by performing any professional duty or service. Also, it may take place in an individual while playing different roles or by providing any professional assessments, training, coaching, etc.

  4. The self development is not limited to the development of the identity or personality of an individual. Beyond that, it is playing a crucial role in the fields of practice and research. In the field of practice, it covers the tools, techniques, assessment systems meant for learning.
