Made of Stainless Steel (Grade F)and Carbon Steel (As per BS2982). Packed in Peel apart Aluminium Pouch with VCI liner for corrosion protection. Sterilized by Gamma Radiation and expiry is 5 Years from date of Manufacturing. The device is used for incision/cuts during surgery for all blade sizes. Device is used under category of surgically invasive device and for transient use. BLADE #12 • #11 blade is essential for making small punctures and precise cuts. • Used in surgeries, where small incisions are necessary. • #12 blade is used extensively within Dental surgery techniques.

  8. 02 01 03 04 PROCEDURE FOR USAGE Select proper type and size of Blade. Inspect packaging for its intactness & expiration date. Peel open pouch. Grip blade with forceps or needle clamp and remove from pouch. Holding on to the thickest part of blade with forceps or needle clamp.

  9. WARNINGS PRECAUTIONS WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS • Proper procedures must be followed for handling any sterile product. • Additionally, take proper care when removing the blade from the tray to avoid any injury or accident.
