  1. Everest Base Camp Trek Everest Base Camp Trek Overview "Join us on our Everest base camp trek 16 days 2022/2023 departures and trek to the lap of the highest mountain in the world. Escape in the Himalayas and embark on one of the most adventurous trips of your life with our expert team. We offer the best Everest base camp trek cost with exceptional service." Everest base camp trek 16 days is one of the finest itineraries that include ample acclimatization days and two full free days in Kathmandu. This Everest base camp trekking itinerary is for travelers who are looking for the best itinerary to trek to the lap of Mt. Everest, the highest mountain in the world. Everest base camp trekking explores the Himalayan trail, specifically the Khumbu region of Nepal. The trail is adventurous and ascends along with dense forests, picturesque villages, and lush foothills. We have many Everest base camp trek packages, but among all, we highly suggest the Everest base camp trek for 16 days because of its gentle pace. The trek overall is moderate and gets difficult as you approach the high elevation. The facilities in the lodges get limited at the upper part of the trail, and thin air makes the walking more exhausting than it is. However, the panoramic views of the giant mountains and the welcoming locals will push us to move forward. Talking about the locals, the Everest region is home to the famous Sherpas and other ethnic groups like Rai, Limbu, Bhotiya, etc. Everest base camp trekking allows you to spend a lot of time with these people and understand their unique lifestyles. The trek also offers close insight into the rich cultural heritage of the locals. You get to visit ancient monasteries like Tengboche (3,860 m) and Pangboche (3,985 m) on the way. 2. Major attractions of Everest Base Camp Trek 16 Days The flight between Kathmandu and Lukla airport The Kathmandu to Lukla flight is one of the most nerve-racking flights that one can go on. Flying through green hills and high mountains, you land on a small runway at 2,860 meters above sea level. It's the kind of landing that makes the passengers clap. The aerial mountain views during the flight make it even more special. The Best itinerary to EBC for travelers in no rush Unlike other EBC trek itineraries, our 16 days Everest base camp trek is more on the easygoing side. We take our time to explore Kathmandu and spend a good number of days in the mountains. The itinerary has enough rest days and allows trekkers to enjoy every second on the trail without rushing. Trek in the Sagarmatha National Park From Monjo village onwards, we begin trekking in the Sagarmatha National Park (https://outfitterhimalaya.com/travel-guides/sagarmatha-everest-national-park) , which goes all the way up to EBC and beyond. The national park is home to numerous floras & fauna, so we may come across a handful of them while trekking. The 16-day Everest Base Camp trail goes through forests of rhododendron, birch, juniper, pine, etc. We cross streams and rivers. There are many small and big villages along the way where we spend the nights while trekking. And not only that, in the upper part of the Everest Base Camp trek route, we Call us on: +977 9851137380 (Arjun Rijal), Thamel Marg, Kathmandu, Nepal

Similarly, you also get to see gorgeous waterfalls, glaciers, and icefalls during the trek. Reach Everest Base Camp and hike further up to Kala Patthar Everest base camp is situated at 5,364 meters. It is a part of a moving glacier. We do not spend a night at base camp because there is no accommodation facility and descend to Gorak Shep. The following day, we hike to Kala Patthar, which is the highest point of our trek and offers 360-degree views of mountains all around it. As Mt. Everest Base Camp Trek Cost Many trekkers from around the world have a dream to trek to Everest base camp once in a lifetime. Thousands of trekkers come to visit Nepal to reach EBC every year. The EBC hiking is the most searched trek in Nepal on the internet, and one of the most asked questions is how much the Everest base camp trek costs? Call us on: +977 9851137380 (Arjun Rijal), Thamel Marg, Kathmandu, Nepal

  11. Answering the question of “How much is Everest base camp trek cost?” is not easy, which depends on many things such, as how you do the Everest base camp trek? Either, you do it independently without a guide & porter or with only a local guide or with the only porter or with an international Guide. If you do the Everest base camp trek independently without a guide and porter, you may do the EBC adventure on a low budget. And, you need to find the trail yourself, carry your luggage yourself, and arrange the lodge, permits, flight, etc…yourself in this situation. If you are planning to take the guided trek to Everest base camp, you can find hundreds of tour companies on google/the internet that offer the EBC trek from the US $ 800.00 to a few thousand dollars which can make you confused about which agency to choose. You need to study the itinerary and the services provided in the offered cost carefully before deciding on your company for your Everest Base Camp Trek. You can also find many international companies offering Everest base camp trek, and the price in these companies is comparatively more than local companies where there is not much difference in services compared with local companies and only difference is you get international leader/guide from them. The cost of an Everest base camp trek from a local company based in Nepal is comparatively cheaper rather than that of international companies. You also can find cost variation in local companies, and the cost is depending on the services you received as some company offers the trek without meals, without domestic flights, without porters. So, you need to study carefully about these things before choosing any company to arrange your dream adventure to Everest base camp. We Outfitter Himalaya is a local-based company in Kathmandu, Nepal, offering an Everest base camp trek for a long time at fair prices without any hidden Call us on: +977 9851137380 (Arjun Rijal), Thamel Marg, Kathmandu, Nepal

  12. extras. Our price includes 4-night accommodation in Kathmandu, tea house accommodation in trekking, required trekking permits, meals on trek, guide, porter, domestic flights, and needed equipment. So, our cost is reasonable. Shorten the Everest Base Camp Trek to 14 Days or Less We at Outfitter Himalaya have 16 Days itinerary for the Everest base camp trek. The itinerary includes your arrival day in Kathmandu and returns day from Kathmandu as well. The itinerary also includes a tour in Kathmandu and an extra at the end of the trek. The extra day is used in case of any delay/cancelation of the Lukla flight cause of bad weather. We can shorten the Everest base camp trek to 14 days (https://outfitterhimalaya.com/14- days-everest-base-camp-trek) by removing the Kathmandu tour and the extra day if you cannot afford 16 days. Furthermore, even if you do not have 14 days, we can still make the Everest base camp trek shorter. However, the given fixed date group trek does not apply, and you need to do a private adventure to EBC. We can even shorten the Everest Base Camp Journey by removing the rest days, which are in Namche and Dingboche. However, you need to walk longer days in this case. Eventhough you do not have ten days to do the Everest base camp trek, we can still make it shorter to 8 days, and you need to fly back to Kathmandu by helicopter from Gorekshep (https://outfitterhimalaya.com/everest-base-camp-trek-return-by-helicopter) .
