  2. Post-COVID-19 pandemic, we all got used to the idea of working from home. This transition from the physical world to the virtual world has provided a necessary break from the stressful work environment. Most people are now warmed to the idea of handling their professional and personal lives with more flexibility than before with remote work.During the lockdown, there was a need for technology that it will help in connecting the people so that businesses can be managed better. Despite everyone being in their home, the growth of the business was not decreased since the businesses found the best way to stay connected like before.

  3. Undoubtedly, the digital meeting platforms such as Teams and Zoom played a major role during this. It brought great efficiency and reduced the costs incurred for the physical meetings. Though everyone missed the thrill of physical meetings, the face to face online meeting was highly efficient to connect the employees better.The physical meeting improved the chance to connect with friends, interact with customers or clients and get real-time feedback. But it’s also definite that the face to face virtual meeting had more benefits.Advantages of face to face online meeting:

Also, this means that they don’t need to spend on the travel expenses such as booking flights, trains or cabs, looking for food, accommodation and many more.This money can be instead reinvested back into the organization for research and development, personal development, resources and hiring. When the employees are spending their money it will also help them save money in this process. Especially if the company is booking a separate venue for the meeting, the face to face virtual meeting will help them save a great amount of money.
