  1. “Temporary procedure instructions for specifying technical standards of pollutant emissions into the atmosphere for operating boiler plants” (accepted by RAO “EES of Russia” in 2001)

  2. NOx emission standards (g/kWh ) from mobile sources (before12.10.2005)

  3. NOx emission standards (g/kWh ) from mobile sources (since 12.10.2005)

  4. NOx emission standards (g/kWh ) from mobile sources (since 01.01.2008)

  5. The change of standards for pollutant emissions for vehicles in Russia and Europe, as well as therequirements to motor petrol quality

  6. Vehicle Leaded Petrol In March 2003 the RF President signed the Federal Law “On Prohibition of Production and Circulation of Vehicle Leaded Petrol in Russian Federation” since 01.06.2003. The use of vehicle unleaded petrol produced according to GOST R 51105-97 allows to ensure meeting the EURO-2 standards by vehicles for emissions with exhaust gases, and the use of petrol produced according to GOST R 51866-2002 meeting the EURO-3 standards.

  7. The exchange of technology related to the reduction and control of nitrogen oxides emissions Plants have been introduced with the assistance of Ministry of Industry and Energy for DeNOx catalytic purification of flue gases from nitrogen oxides using the “Haldor Topse” Firm (Denmark) technology at blocks No.1 and No.2 at HPP-27 (Heat and Power Plant) in Moscow and at Public Company “Dzerzhinskaya HPP” at boiler No.8.

  8. SO2 emissions from stationary (S) and mobile (M) sources on ETR (1995-2003), th.t/year

  9. NOxemissions from stationary (S) and mobile (M) sources on ETR (1995-2003), th.t/year

  10. VOCNMemissions from stationary (S) and mobile (M) sources on ETR (1995-2003), th.t/year

  11. COemissions from stationary (S) and mobile (M) sources on ETR (1995-2003), th.t/year
