  3. Facts • Born in June, 1944 • Lives in Menlo, California • Currently owns a Norfolk Terrier named Jockey • Outside of writing she has been an ice skater, bird watcher, mediator, house builder, gardener, piano player, and a gourmet vegetarian cook.

  4. Facts • Attended Scripps College, got a BA in English literature- 1966 and University of California Berkeley. • She began writing when she was six. She loved to write about mysterious things. • Jeanne likes gardening and music • Her Father (James) was a steel and company executive and her mother Dolly was a painter and homemaker.
