  1. PaintJet Makes Commercial Painting a Whole Lot Easier The need for painters has surged as multiple high rises, huge commercial buildings, and significant construction projects have resumed following years of delay due to the epidemic. Regrettably, the number of painters is decreasing every year. In reality, their numbers are declining, resulting in a severe labor shortage, particularly in commercial painting projects. The scarcity is harming both businesses and customers since it is becoming increasingly difficult to locate reputable painting firms or painters who can perform a good job. While many professional painters are excellent at what they do, these difficulties can have a significant impact on the job, particularly if they are not handled promptly. Some instances are as follows: 1. Wrong paint color Before beginning their job, painters frequently double-check that they have the correct colors. However, there may be times when the paint purchased is insufficient and painters must order a fresh batch. It doesn't happen very often, but the paint colors from prior and fresh paint batches

  2. don't always match perfectly. To avoid this, it is highly advised that owners purchase large quantities in order to have a bit extra in case another batch is required. 2. Uneven paint It might be difficult to paint massive buildings equally. Painters must constantly double-check that all surfaces are painted uniformly, with no one side darker or brighter than the others. With a little help from technology, this may be avoided by combining software and robotics to complete the task. This way, no paint is wasted, and it's simpler to paint larger buildings without having to continuously double-check the color uniformity. 3. Bad paint jobs Painting massive structures are more than simply adding color to make them stand out. In order to improve the structure's aesthetics, the colors must be appropriately matched and applied. A poor paint job will have the opposite effect, or worse, will entirely detract from the structure's attractiveness. The commercial painting sector is encountering significant hurdles in meeting rising demand as a result of a workforce scarcity in manual painting labor.

  3. Paintjet helps save the painting industry by turning regular painters into SuperPainters PaintJet's technology seeks to make all types of paint jobs easier, quicker, and more cost-effective by giving the tools needed to complete them. Painters will never buy widgets from us. There aren't enough painters, and painters don't have enough money, but that doesn't mean we won't find a way to solve the situation. Nick and Steve were still considering solely selling the widget to painters at the roadshow they prepared to display their MVP (minimum viable product). In June 2020, the roadshow traveled across the country, from Nashville to Texas to California. The goal was to demonstrate their unique technology to painters, CertaPro Painters, painting contractors, and franchise owners. At the moment, the machine was not functioning properly. It would fall apart, and putting it back together would take too long. Despite the fact that they had no idea what the product did, they nonetheless provided us with deposit checks. The demand revealed that company owners are looking for a way to address the workforce shortfall. They want automated equipment, but Nick and Steve won't be able to afford it with only $50,000 or $100,000. The duo needed to raise a lot of money and do a lot of things. The roadshow revealed that there was a need, but it would require a lot more technology to provide it.

  4. Because of the labor scarcity, there aren't enough excellent painting businesses to go around. This is an issue that clients are experiencing as well. That's when we understood we'd be the robots solutions company. We're going to revolutionize the industry's production process. It's not about selling widgets; it's about offering robots as a service and directly to customers. We thought we had a great tiny answer for a small problem, but now we understand we're going to transform the entire business by automating it with robots painting. Painters' productivity may readily be increased by using automation and robotics since they make painting chores easier. The technology may be fine-tuned to execute great paint jobs without the painters physically verifying, correcting, or polishing the work by merging robots and engineering. Huge structures and large rooms will be a lot easier to paint, and clients will no longer have to worry about substandard paint jobs. This technology is not just a solution to the manpower problem; it also allows painters to expand their reach and deliver services to clients across the United States. PaintJet's technology is portable, making it easier for painters to provide clients with quick and cost-effective painting services no matter where they are. Because paint projects are completed more quickly, painters are able to serve more clients without having to worry about the tasks being completed on time before the next job.
