  2. In today's time, mental health has become a significant concern, especially with kids. Many kids struggle to manage their emotions even as they get older, and some kids still might have outbursts or even get overly upset when something goes wrong and slip into a bad mood.

  3. What is the trouble managing emotions about? When a kid has a hard time managing emotions, it is visible to others. The kids who struggle cry, throw tantrums, and might even get aggressive. However, there are some signs that are less obvious that might include the following:  - Quickly getting frustrated and giving up on tasks - Worrying too much and on minor things

  4. Why does this happen to kids? There are multiple reasons for Emotional problems in children. From stress to mental health issues like depression and anxiety to trauma can all be why a kid deals with emotional problems.
