  5. Current Challenges at TollingBooths Longqueues The toll booths are usually crowded with vehicles wai�ng in long queues as thetoll collec�on process is slow, inefficient, and inconvenient. Fuel consump�on andpollu�on As vehicles have to stay in queues for longer dura�ons, there’s a huge loss of fuel consump�on. Moreover, it alsoleads to rise in air and noisepollu�on. No VehicleRecords If the toll collec�on in the booth ismanual, then it means that there’s no provision for recording the vehicle details hencerender- ing the toll collec�on process asinefficient.
