Niclosamide powder is a white crystalline solid with the chemical formula CHNO. Niclosamide is used as an antiparasitic drug. The molecular weight of niclosamide is 264.25 grams per mole, three hydrogens, one oxygen, and nine carbons.<br><br>Niclosamide has low toxicity which means its safe to use to everyone and for this reason it can be taken orally or applied to the skin. Side effects include nausea, vomiting, headache and dizziness at higher doses than 200 mg daily for adults; at lower doses these effects are less common but may occur in some patients due to irritation of nerve endings around the mouth or eyes.
