This certificate is authenticated by the embassy or consulate general of the issuing country where the applicant intends to use the credential. This certificate is authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country. This procedure is only required if you plan to use your qualification in India. In order for the certificate to be accepted in India, the university and embassy or consulate certificate must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
