  1. Things to Remember About Two Roll Mill Neoplast two roll mill is a machine that can provide some of the process requirements necessary in manufacturing. The roll mill has an outer diameter of 150 mm which changes according to the customer's needs and specifications. Moreover, a geared AC motor is used to drive the rolls as well as constant friction which also seems to vary depending on customer needs and requests. The gears then provide rotation for the rolls via a rear motor, which is adjustable for different speeds based on the amount of force applied to its handle. The front can be ordered with a bore size ranging from 50mm to 200mm, depending on what your needs are, whereas the rear roll comes at a fixed size of 100mm. Uphill and downhill options are available as well along with various adjustability settings for use with embosser shims or stencils.
