  2. There are two methods to convert OST file to Outlook Data file. 1. Manual Method2. Using Third party software.First we will see the manual steps to convert OST file to Outlook data file then move onto third party software.

  3. Manual Method To Convert OST To Outlook Data File

  4. 1.Open Outlook and go to File option.

  5. 2. Go to Open & Export and click on Import/Export.

  6. 3. Select Export to a file & click Next.

  7. 4. Select Outlook Data File(.pst) and click Next.

  8. 5. Select the folder which you want to export & click Next.

  9. 6. Browse the location to save the new PST file.

  10. 7. Choose Do not export duplicate items & click Finish.
