Dda Smart Cities The joy of owning a home in Delhi, the fastest growing capital of the country Delhi, being the capital of India attracts large investments and the real estate sector is in a full swing. The Dwarka L-Zone which is one of the 15 zones will now fall under the smart city status and will be planned accordingly. The L-Zone is currently attracting big projects and crores of investment so that it becomes a sub-city in itself. This L-Zone will be fully planned and maintained in accordance with the DDA Smart Cities plan. Everything right from the division of sectors, proper planning and connectivity through roads, drainage system, internet services, metro corridors and stations and building of recreational and commercial spaces will be taken care of and efficiently implemented by the DDA. Also, the unique Land Pooling Policy by the DDA will ensure that the proper civic infrastructure is in place before a buyer is handed over his fully completed home.
