  1. A Guide To Canada's Express Entry In 2022 To many people, Canada means timeless beauty, unlimited opportunities and an icy touch. For others, Canada refers to universal health care and a strong public education system. No matter what someone thinks of Canada, the country has a lot to offer international citizens. In addition to its natural splendor, Canada boasts a well-developed system of permanent residency and citizenship. Known as permanent residency (PR), this type of visa allows foreign citizens to live and work in Canada under specific terms and conditions. Candidates must fulfill specific requirements to become a citizen or PR in Canada.

  2. For prospective candidates to earn a place under Canada's permanent residency program, they must first submit an application to the Canadian government. The application process involves Form CF26, which asks about the applicant's education history and work experience. Applicants must also provide proof of income, language skills and health status. All applications must be submitted online or by mail before the application deadline.Canada Express Entry does have some exceptions for international doctors and Nurses who can submit their application outside of the general application period. However, all other candidates must apply during the designated timeframe. As an important part of the application process, each Express Entry application presents itself in a standardized format featuring standardized information and standardized questions. The following table illustrates the different sections of an Express Entry application and the information that must be included in each section. Name - Every Express Entry candidate must submit their full legal name at the beginning of the application form. This includes both given and family surnames; however, initials only count as part of a candidate's name if they follow it with their surname. Additionally, candidates cannot submit nicknames or initials as part of their name when answering questions about themselves in the online application form. Address - Every candidate must submit their current address where they will reside during their PR term in Canada. Additionally, applicants can choose to include up to four alternative addresses where they previously lived in Canada or will be living during their PR term. Each address must include an accurate postal code for postal delivery purposes as well as a precise latitude and longitude for GPS navigation purposes. Each address must also include accurate street names with only misspelled street names allowed as alternatives for correct spelling.

  3. Age - Each candidate needs to provide their date of birth so Canadian immigration officials can match it with their age on record. If necessary, Canadian immigration officials can contact the applicant directly via mail or phone to obtain additional information about his age when answering questions about him in the online form. Each age declaration must be signed by both parents if applicable or by an authorized representative if applicable- including court officials when applicable- and submitted on behalf of both parent(s). Nationality - All candidates need to declare whether they are Canadian citizens by birth or whether they hold another nationality at the beginning of their application form. If necessary, Canadian immigration officials can contact the applicant directly via mail or phone to obtain additional information about his nationality when answering questions about him in the online form. Each declaration should be signed by both parents if applicable or by an authorized representative if applicable- including court officials when applicable- and submitted on behalf of both parents. Gender - Each candidate needs to declare whether they are male or female at the beginning of their application form. If necessary, Canadian immigration officials can contact the applicant directly via mail or phone to obtain additional information about his gender when answering questions about him in the online form. Each gender declaration must be signed by both parents if applicable or by an authorized representative if applicable- including court officials when applicable- and submitted on behalf of both parents. Marital Status - Each candidate needs to declare whether he/she is currently married with children at the beginning of his/her application form.
